We released our first cask from Watershed in 2021. It was a 5-year-old five-grain bourbon. This cask is its sibling: both have very similar specs, and we bought both at the same time. We bottled the first one right away. But we saved this one, tucking it away at our bottler for an additional two years. After two humid Vermont summers and two frigid Vermont winters, it is a different whiskey than it was before: deeper, more nuanced, more complex, yet still recognizably Watershed.
Made from a five-grain mashbill that includes corn, rye, wheat, malted barley, and locally grown spelt, this has a rich, full oak flavor, with notes of baking spice, vanilla sweetness, and fresh oatmeal raisin cookies. Aged for 7 years in a 53-gallon barrel, this is the oldest straight bourbon whiskey we’ve ever released, and one of the only 7-year-old releases to date from Watershed.

We cannot ship to a PO Box, FedEx or Walgreens as they will not accept other local carriers' packages.
Our shipping carriers will make three delivery attempts. If you cannot accept delivery during these attempts, the product will be returned to us. If you’d like us to reship, we will charge an additional $40. We will offer refunds or replacements for any
products that are damaged or below satisfaction.
