Lost Lantern hand-selected this cask from Broad Branch Distillery in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Rooted in the state’s rich distilling tradition, Broad Branch makes spirits that capture the essence and culture of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
This release, our first from Broad Branch, is both our first southern rye whiskey and our first hazmat rye whisky. It was made from 100% prairie rye and aged for 8 years in a 53 gallon char 4 barrel. The nose is minty and grassy, with notes of clove and butterscotch. The powerful palate has intense spicy oak notes, dark chocolate, and a very full mouthfeel. A powerful and deep rye whiskey, perfect for serious bourbon and rye lovers.

We cannot ship to a PO Box, FedEx or Walgreens as they will not accept other local carriers' packages.
Our shipping carriers will make three delivery attempts. If you cannot accept delivery during these attempts, the product will be returned to us. If you’d like us to reship, we will charge an additional $40. We will offer refunds or replacements for any
products that are damaged or below satisfaction.
