Lost Lantern hand-selected this cask from Santa Fe Spirits. One of the country’s foremost American Single Malt producers, the distillery is a pioneer of mesquite-smoked single malt. The process is a distinctly Southwestern take on the long tradition of smoked whiskies.
This was made from 100% malted barley, 30% of which was mesquite-smoked. It was aged for 3.5 years in a 53-gallon barrel, then finished for over a year in an ex-Santa Fe Spirits apple brandy barrel. It has a robust, bright, smoky nose, with hints of grilled apples and charred oranges and a pleasant maltiness. The palate is smoky, rich, deep, and enticing, with notes of smoked blood oranges and warm apple spices.
This is our first single cask release from Santa Fe Spirits since 2020!

Our shipping carriers will make three delivery attempts. If you cannot accept delivery during these attempts, the product will be returned to us. If you’d like us to reship, we will charge an additional $40. We will offer refunds or replacements for any
